Plan bulk textile purchasing around the date the goods are needed: a distributor stock intake, collection launch, property opening or replenishment cycle. Specification decisions, agreed approvals, production, packing and transit all need a place in that schedule.

- Final specification
- Written acceptance
- Production
- Checks and dispatch
- Transit and receipt
Casa confirms lead times at quotation. The product, construction, order volume, packaging and destination affect the schedule. A catalogue listing should not be read as a promise of ready stock or immediate dispatch.
Begin with the date and destination
Tell us the required arrival window and destination at the first enquiry. Identify fixed opening or launch dates, warehouse receiving restrictions and any allocation across properties or distribution locations. Separate the first delivery requirement from future replenishment plans.
A required arrival date and a preferred dispatch date are different. Make that distinction explicit so the schedule can be assessed against the full requirement.
Complete the specification before production
Casa aligns specifications and issues a formal quotation. Written acceptance confirms the order. Confirm the product details and any accepted branding or packing requirements before the order moves into production.
Specifications are locked before production. Under Casa’s stated process, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started. Settle any outstanding decision and refer to the final written terms before acceptance.
If a sample is needed, discuss the arrangement early. Availability, preparation, cost and freight must be confirmed for the enquiry, and any agreed sample stage should be included in the overall plan.
Account for construction and presentation
Different products require different production work. A decorative textile, a particular finish or an accepted branding request may affect planning. The total quantity and its division across designs, colours or sizes also need to be clear.
Casa manages production and quality through dedicated, independently owned units. Products pass defined quality checks before dispatch. Raise any special inspection or documentation requirement at quotation so its scope and timing can be assessed.
Coordinate the shipment
Dispatch and delivery arrangements are coordinated for the order. Confirm the destination, packing requirements and shipment responsibilities in the quotation. If you are considering a full container load, share the intended container size and product mix so shipment feasibility can be assessed. Identify document, carton-marking and label requirements early.
Transit follows dispatch. The arrival estimate must be understood in the context of the agreed transport arrangement, and any project plan should allow for the steps outside production itself.
Prepare to receive the goods
Have the order specification and shipment details available when receiving the delivery. Check the goods and packing information against the order and contact Casa promptly if anything requires clarification. Any remedy or claim process is governed by the terms agreed for the transaction.
For a repeat order, send the previous specification, any changes, the new quantity breakdown and required arrival window. Discuss your production and delivery plan with Casa so the current schedule can be confirmed for the new requirement.
