Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Our four ranges are bed linen, towels and bath linen, table and kitchen linen, and cushion covers. Explore the relevant category to find the product closest to your requirement.

Casa supplies overseas B2B bulk orders for hospitality linen importers, wholesalers and distributors; home-textile importers, wholesalers and established private-label brands; and hotel, resort and serviced-apartment groups buying centrally. We do not operate a consumer retail checkout store.

Yes. Casa works with dedicated, independently owned units under Casa’s production oversight and quality standards. Our role includes agreeing specifications, managing production and quality, and coordinating dispatch and delivery.

Private labelling, buyer branding and packing are assessed for the product and order. Share the collection, quantities by variant, label or logo artwork, placement and presentation requirements so feasibility, cost and timing can be reviewed.

Products are quoted against the required material, construction, size, design, volume and other agreed details. The quotation is prepared for your requirement rather than based on one fixed specification for every buyer.

Send the quantity required for each product and, where relevant, each size, colour or design. We confirm the applicable ordering requirements during the quotation discussion. There is no single published minimum covering the whole Casa range.

Start with your buying purpose, product list, quantities by size or design, destination and timing. Include material, dimensions, care and packing requirements where known. Full-container-load enquiries are welcome: give the intended container size and product mix for assessment. If a technical detail is undecided, explain the result you need.

Evaluation samples can be discussed as part of preparing a bulk purchase. Identify the product, the planned order and what you need to assess. Availability, preparation, charges and freight are confirmed for the enquiry; a listing does not establish a sample is ready to dispatch.

The catalogue presents products for enquiry. It does not promise ready stock or immediate dispatch. Availability, the final specification and the production plan are discussed for the order.

Illustrative product images help communicate a product type and style. They do not establish fixed specifications. Final materials, dimensions, construction, colours and other details are confirmed at quotation. Refer to the image caption and the agreed order specification.

Yes. Send the required finished dimensions, composition, construction, colours and other essential details. Casa assesses the request and confirms what can be supplied for the product and order before those requirements become part of the agreed specification.

Suitability depends on the specific textile and your laundering conditions. Explain your intended use and care process before quotation. Do not assume bleach resistance, a particular shrinkage limit or a tested washing life without confirmation.

Tell us what your purchase requires so availability and scope can be checked. We do not make a blanket certification or laboratory-testing claim across the catalogue.

Casa aligns the specification and issues a formal quotation. Written acceptance of that quotation confirms the order. Review all agreed details before accepting.

Specifications are locked before production. Under Casa’s stated process, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started. Resolve open details before the order moves into production and refer to the final written terms.

Timing depends on the product, construction, order volume, packaging and destination. The schedule is confirmed at quotation. Dispatch timing and arrival timing should be discussed separately.

Select Bulk Enquiry on the relevant product page. You can also contact support@handcraft.co.in or WhatsApp +91 95 8877 3344. Include your product, quantity, intended use and destination to begin the discussion.

Raise any concern about manufacturing defects within the inspection or claim period agreed for your order. The concern is reviewed against the confirmed specification and written terms. Refer to those terms rather than assuming a particular return, refund or replacement arrangement.

Minor variations can occur in textile production. Discuss any colour reference, fabric requirement and acceptable tolerance before confirming your order, and record the agreed details in the specification.

Yes. Both one-time bulk requirements and repeat purchasing enquiries are welcome. For a repeat order, send the previous order or specification reference, required changes, new quantities by variant, destination and schedule. Current availability, pricing and timing are confirmed for the new requirement.
