HANDCRAFT CASA™ is a brand operated by HWW Global Ventures Pvt Ltd, India. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean HWW Global Ventures Pvt Ltd. The company is the legal entity responsible for this website and for business conducted under the HANDCRAFT CASA™ brand.
Scope and business use
This website presents our home and hospitality textiles for business buyers in India and overseas. Supply is exclusively B2B and bulk, for hospitality businesses, importers, distributors, retailers and other trade buyers. We do not accept individual consumer orders. The website is a catalogue and enquiry platform; it does not offer online checkout or instant order confirmation.
Enquiries, quotations and order confirmation
A Bulk Enquiry, email or WhatsApp message starts a discussion; it does not place an order. Share the products, quantities, intended use and delivery location so the requirement can be assessed. Product specifications are aligned and a formal quotation is issued. Written acceptance of the quotation confirms the order. Please check the quotation and resolve any differences before accepting it.
The accepted quotation and any mutually agreed written order terms govern the particular supply, including its commercial and delivery arrangements. If they differ from general website information, the agreed order documents take precedence, subject to applicable law. No fixed price or delivery commitment should be inferred from a catalogue listing.
Specifications and production
Specifications are agreed before production. Production takes place in dedicated, independently owned units working under Casa’s production oversight and quality standards. Product photographs and website descriptions help buyers assess the range; the written specification defines what is to be supplied.
Textiles, including handmade and printed products, can show minor variations in colour, texture or finish. Relevant tolerances should be agreed for the order. A general reference to variation does not excuse goods that fail to meet the agreed specification.
Changes, cancellation and quality concerns
Please raise any requested change or cancellation promptly and obtain a written response before assuming it has been accepted. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible under our bulk-order process, subject to rights or remedies required by applicable law.
If you believe goods are damaged or do not meet the agreed specification, contact us in writing with the order reference, a description of the concern and supporting photographs or other relevant details. Any inspection, return, replacement or refund arrangement will be assessed against the agreed order terms and applicable law. Please contact us before arranging a return; submitting a complaint does not itself authorise one.
Timelines and delivery
Lead times depend on product type, construction, order volume, packaging and destination and are confirmed at quotation. Dispatch and delivery are coordinated for the order. Responsibilities for freight, documentation, import clearance and destination charges, where relevant, should be settled in the written order documents; this website does not assign them automatically to either party.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the catalogue to assess products and discuss a business requirement. Please do not misuse enquiry forms, interfere with the website or submit material you are not authorised to share. If you provide a design, logo or other artwork, you must have the necessary rights or permission to use it for the proposed work.
