Share the buying brief
Explain your buying route: hospitality distribution, a wholesale or private-label collection, or central purchasing for a property group. List the products and quantities by size, colour or design, with material and construction requirements. Separate the immediate order from a later forecast or project phase.
A photograph is helpful for appearance, but it may not describe the reverse, closure, edge finish or composition. Add a written note for any feature essential to the order. If the product must fit existing mattresses, pillows, inserts or tables, supply those measurements and explain the required fit.
Agree the specification
We align the details before production. This includes the product itself and any additional requirements accepted for the order. If you need particular labelling, packing or branding, raise it during this discussion. Such requests are assessed individually.
For hospitality supply, explain the intended laundering process and any specifications shared across customers or properties. For a wholesale collection, identify the design, labels and presentation needed for resale. Discuss evaluation samples and the decisions they need to support before approving the bulk order.
Review and accept the quotation
Casa issues a formal quotation. Read the description and commercial details together, including the agreed quantity, scope and schedule. Written acceptance of the quotation confirms the order.
Specifications are locked before production. Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started under our stated order process, so settle any open point before acceptance and review the final written terms carefully.
Production oversight and quality
Casa manages production and quality through dedicated independent production units. Products pass defined checks before dispatch. This work follows the agreed requirement; a special test, inspection report or certification needs separate confirmation rather than being assumed from the product category.
Dispatch and delivery are coordinated against the order. The lead time depends on the product, construction, volume, packaging and destination and is confirmed at quotation.
Plan the next order clearly
For a repeat order, send the previous order or approved specification reference, required changes, new quantities by variant, destination and schedule. Identify any label or packing changes too. Casa reviews the new requirement and confirms current availability, pricing and timing rather than treating the previous order as an automatic commitment.
